After years of receiving requests for custom solutions to meet unique customer needs, Valley Craft has decided it is time to give customers exactly what they want. Literally.

Valley Craft is now offering customized solutions through Ovation Services. The new service will walk customers through a process that starts with creative ideation and ends with production. Ovation Service solves unique material handling needs that can't be satisfied with standard products easily found in catalogs, online or through store fronts.

"Our years of experience in the industry told us there was a need for customization or specialized equipment," says Valley Craft Sales Director Dave Hinck. "Customers continually came to us with requests for things we didn't normally produce. Things no one produced. We had some experience designing and manufacturing specialty items for several of our customers, so we came to the conclusion that this should be part of our strategic focus. Ovation was born and it now separates us from our competition."
